How to ensure our products quality ?

Gift bags or gift boxes in the process :

Cutting the paper into the size we need –> Printing –> Matte or Gloss or Hologram laminated –> Creasing –> Hot Foil or Glitter or Flocking finishing, etc –> Handmade or Machine work for the products Body & Bottom & Handles  –> Inner & outer packing.

Above the process, it’s easy to generate the quality problems are Printing, Creasing, Hot Foil or Glitter or Flocking finishing and Handmade work for Paper Bag or Paper Box Body & Bottom. 

Let’s explain how to control and ensure:

1. Printing: Check the samples with artworks by German printing machine.

2. Creasing: Our worker fold the bag or box by creasing lines, if creasing lines can’t be made by machine well, it’ll be difficult for them to work, then paper bags and paper boxes will be very ugly, unshaped and punch-drunk, especially the bottoms are rhombic and not rectangle. Thinner paper, easier happens.

3. Hot Foil or Glitter or Flocking finishing: Hot Foil machine’s pressure determines quality, it’s easy to make the foil uneven without suitable pressure; Glue determines glitter or flocking quality, bad glue makes glitter or flocking easy to fall out;

4. When handmade or machine work for gift bag & gift box body & bottom, it needs to do by creasing lines, especially it’s easy to scratch without the cloth on the workbench while doing packaging bag & packaging box with hot stamping.
