Guide to the Production Process of Gift Wrapping Paper

Do you know how to produce the gift wrapping paper ? Welcome to our factory to check together :

1. Printing Machine Workshop :

We have 3 printing machines : 8-color, 7-color and 5-color printing machine to print wrapper.

Wrapping paper is made of art paper, kraft paper, light weight coated paper, MG tissue paper and cellophane. MG tissue paper, kraft paper and cellophane are usually used to do flower wrapping paper / floral tissue paper.

2. Paper Core Pipe Workshop :

2 paper core pipe machines in our factory.

Paper core pipe is used to roll gift wrapping paper / packaging paper. Paper core pipe’s diameter is 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4 and 5 cm.

3. Reeling Paper Machine Workshop :

In our factory, there are 4 full-automatic reeling paper machines and 7 semi-automatic reeling paper machines.

4. Packing Workshop :

Wrapping paper will be packed in display boxes, then put in cartons. Display boxes can be opened along the cut-score lines while selling wrappers.
